Black stool..yes tmi sorry!? - black stool in labor

Ok im so almost 39 weeks Prego and the last 3 days my stool was very dark, almost black, very good if I could! Is there something wrong or is just another sign of labor ... or may be because iv heartburn really bad, and with Maalox for it? In just scared because a black chair with bleeding! Please let me know what you think, everyone!
