Gbh section 18 trial or plead guilty for section 20 gbh? - i havea trial of office installed but have lost my serial
I have a court, Monday, 30 November and after my lawyers have discussed my options, either not guilty in a section 18 GBH with intent to I'l look into 2 1 / 2 years in prison if convicted oi May to plead guilty to a jury, a charge of § get 20 and 18 months credit with the confession, or a suspended sentence, as it seems it was about 12 months.
the thing is self-defense, but theres no witnesses in my name and theres 2 statements against me, but they are friends, and none of his statements are true, but my statement to say, and I have 3 heads in the amount of police officers in my Assualt earlier were all more than 2 years
I am not guilty, because it's a case of self defense, but everything is against me could be sorequired to plead guilty to Havea short sentence, what should I do?

Depends what you want from him, or if you want to make things simple, get the distance and a lesser sentence, then guilty, but if you're not big on putting the country in some something that is not already being done dont do it then has. I would do what the lawyer thinks is best, working with my partner and do not have any custodial sentence.

If the lawyer thinks he can assert himself, defense, how he or she says, and believe that you acted in self-defense in this case by the CPS are brow beaten guilty. If the witnesses say, a pack of lies, then all the contradictions in the representation of things will be brought in for questioning.
