Will my computer setup run either graphics cards? - samsung ht p

Sapphire Radeon HD 3870 Dual Slot 512 256-bit (consumes 105W)

I do not know exactly how, what is better, just need to know if I can not work them (all, of course)

What do you mean by "some elements" ... I am not dual-slot, but I think any modern motherboard can accept ... but the power is borderline at best ... and not enough RAM to run no games ... not even close.
